You might remember that not too long ago (right?), in our staff meeting, we discussed setting up a new TC mentor project. At the time it was decided that I was to spend a week setting up a draft, and following up on that, get some people involved to work out further details. Well, that one week turned out to last a teensy bit longer than anticipated, but at long last, the moment has arrived!

I’ve set up a very simple draft with some ideas on how to go about running our next mentor project. As implied, the draft is not perfect and most definitely not finished, but it’s a good starting point. All I need now is 3 or 4 people to help me finish it up!

Just to clarify; I’m not looking for mentors at this point. We’ll get to that later!
